#TuesdayTeaser - "Gotta craving?" Eagle Dance by Mary Quast

While he ordered their pizza with meats, extra cheese and anchovies on the side, she buckled her seat belt and took a moment to study him. The large vehicle fit his wide shoulders and bulky frame. Dark jeans, work boots and heavy coat gave him a rugged appearance.

His shoulder length hair hung in black waves tipped in silver. Women paid good money in salons for the effect but his appeared to be natural. He probably never used a comb or brush but just ran his fingers through and started his day. The strands he pushed from his eyes were pure white.

Oddly enough it triggered a childhood memory of an elderly Native American man with all white hair. She remembered him as someone very important to his tribe. Everyone, even members of her family, addressed him as Grandfather.

Continuing her scrutiny of Dyami, his nose reminded her of the aloof aristocrats. Dark eyebrows arched with expression whenever he spoke softening the regal face. Clean shaven except for a triangular soul patch under his lip and a neatly trimmed beard along his jaw line under his chin, he appeared bad ass and confident. His handsome sculpted features and prominent cheekbones combined with his tanned complexion and pale yellow eyes created an exotic appearance. With his sexy bad boy looks he should have dressed in all leather.

Definitely one delicious piece of man candy she couldn’t wait to unwrap. She imagined well defined pectorals and bulging biceps hiding under his heavy coat. If he had washboard abs, she’d jump at the chance to lick thick sugary topping off them. Hopefully one night with him would end her craving.
