The 13 Worst Regency Titles Ever

I've read a lot of Jane Austen in my time. I've read plenty of Georgette Heyer and Clare Darcy too. But the market has changed -- and now all of us must pay!

An Indecent Proposition

The Duke’s Secret Infection

Inflamed

Three-Way At Bath

The Rake’s Enormous Unpaid Debts

My Lord What A Hangover

The Viscount’s Pointless Wager

Swollen With Unsuitable Passion

The Insufferable Virgin

Screams of Desire

The Upright Governess

Not Quite A Virgin

Burning For A Spitfire Bride

LOL Oh, now I want blurbs. Is Screams of Desire the sequel to the Upright Governess, or is that Not Quite a Virgin? What a fun post to wake up to this overcast Thursday morning.
Thanks for the smiles.

OMG, those are real? Okay, I'm an over the top kind of gal... and I could even go for 'Burning for a Spitfire Bride'... but, really, what were they thinking... or not thinking?

Of course, if those titles sold... well, what does it matter?

And, given the number of romances and regencies in this day and age, I guess all the good titles are gone.

However, I have an author friend, Linda Banche, who writes regencies. Her titles are LADY OF THE STARS and PUMPKINNAPPER [a Halloween short story comedy]. And she has a short Christmas story to be released by Wild Rose Press, titled: MISTLETOE EVERYWHERE

Personally, I like her titles and they describe her stories perfectly.
