Blurb:

Ava was stuck somewhere between being strong, then weak when the voices of those around her overwhelmed her. She was a psychic with strong shields to keep her thoughts to herself but no shields to keep others from blasting her with what they were thinking.

She was also lonely. The dating site was calling her name if nothing else she would get a good laugh out of it. The last thing she expected was a response from Nobody’s Prince. Now she was determined to show him his worth before their time together ran out.

Imagine her surprise when she realized her prince was an alien.

One night was all Locke had to give when he was forced to answer an ad on a dating site. He wasn’t expecting Ava, with her curves and eyes that made his heart melt. He needed to let his little psychic go before she came to the attention of the Shadows.

Excerpt 1:

She stood under the hot water for a long time before washing, then getting out and drying herself off. She grabbed a nightgown and went to sit on the couch. Her laptop, as well as a piece of paper, were there tempting her to pick them up.
The paper had been thrust into her hand the other day.

She was sure this isn’t what Troy had in mind. She, on the other hand, wanted to have some fun with it. She logged on and immediately needed a username.

Username, she tapped her finger against her chin before smiling. CrazyPsychoB. That should do it. Favorite color red. Sex: yes, please. A long-term relationship: nope, just one night.

What was she looking for a man? Hot as hell with a long, thick dick and the ability to use it. She laughed; she couldn’t help it. It wouldn’t get her laid, but she was having fun.

Tell your male what you’re looking for. Well, that was worded funny. She ran all the comedic ways she could say she wanted to get laid through her head and then decided to take a different approach.

I’m looking for a male whose kiss and touch will make me see the stars with stops at the sun and the moon. I want to sigh as well as scream in pleasure. When we’re back on earth, I want him to kiss me tenderly before wrapping me in his arms and keeping me safe all night long. I want him to be male enough to wake up with me in the morning and tell me it was worth every minute we spent together.

If you can’t deliver that experience, you need not apply.

Excerpt 2:

He opened the door and almost fell over the male who was sitting in front of it.

“Locke, you’re finally awake. I’ve been here forever,” Ven told him standing up and moving out of his way.

Locke growled that was Ven’s way of telling him it took him about five minutes to come after him.

“I know you have your own phone, more than one, turn mine over.”

“I’m using it.”

“To do what?” He let his eyes shift into the eyes of the wolf. Not that it would intimidate Ven. They were standing in the hallway outside his suite of rooms. He had taken one on the second floor wanting to be away from the main hub of activity on the first floor.

“I’m answering a plea on a dating website for sex.”

He stopped scanning the hallway to focus on Ven. Was the male sick? Maybe he had a head injury. Did he really say that? Thoughts chased one after the other until he was able to choke out one word.

“WHAT!”

“I’m telling her you have a big dick. She can discover for herself how little it really is.”

“Ven!”

Ven took off down the hallway with Locke on his heels. The stairs didn’t slow either of them down as they jumped from the top stair to the floor below.

“Stop! I will…”

“What will you do? I’m about to hit send.”
