Kore's Angel

                                                       Series: Angel Shifters
                                                                Book One

Eden thought she was blissfully in love. Instead, she was dying at the hands of her cold-hearted fiance. Now that she knew his plan she would do everything she could to fight back. Was it strange that she wanted to enjoy one more Christmas? Where would she go even if she was able to escape? She'd have to plan on the run because it was now or never.

Kore anticipated a Christmas much last the last one, spent alone. He didn't know fate had other plans for him. A runaway car and a tempting human to thaw his heart and maybe save his life. It would be up to him if Eden's brand of loving could make him feel again.

To lonely souls have a chance for a Christmas miracle if they can escape the death threat on Eden's life.

Excerpt:

Eden slipped her arms around Kore, opening her mouth so that his tongue could plunder inside of her looking for all the secrets she kept buried for so long.
She gave a sigh of pleasure as she battled with his tongue finding a pleasure she had yet to experience.
“Kore.” His name came out in a long drawn out moan. It was letting him know she knew who she was kissing and where she was. It was also a sign of the pleasure his simple touch was giving her.
He moved back a little looking at her kiss-swollen lips, and her eyes that were already starting to cloud with pleasure, and a deep, satisfied rumble came from him making her belly flip at the sound.
Licking the shell of her ear, he whispered, “You’re beautiful, Eden.”
Her body shivered as her neck arched so he would have room to place his small bites and kisses on her. Her hands went to his hair; she’d denied herself the pleasure of touching it, and now she wanted to feel the softness for herself.
She moaned as his hair went through her hands. She wanted to compare it to something, but she’d never felt anything this soft before. It was like how she thought a cloud would feel, soft and airy at the same time.
“I love the way your hair feels.”
“Thank you.” He was nipping at her shoulder now, biting just hard enough for her to feel his teeth and to shiver in anticipation of his next bite. Would it still be gentle or would it be harder? Her body arched towards him needing to know the answer. She craved gentleness, but there was a slightly wicked part that wanted him to bite just a little harder. To possess her make her his without destroying her in the process.
He bit, her voice rang out with a pleasure-pain combo then it went away as her body rode a wave of joy, she felt a need she feared might never be met. She moved against him, rubbing herself against his cock as she looked for relief. There was white fire running through her body. He gave a guttural laugh, one that made her pussy spasm. What was he doing to her?

She didn’t care; she just wanted him to do it again.

Excerpt:

Eden opened her eyes to the sound of machines humming away in the background. A turn of her head told her she was in a hospital room. She raised her hand to make sure she wasn’t restrained. Once raised, she placed it on her chest feeling the steady beat of her heart. It had been such a risk choosing the death door.
Her head shook wondering if the whole thing was a dream brought on by whatever medicine they gave her to make her better. She forced herself to try and sit before she remembered she was in a hospital bed, reaching out she raised the bed and felt better when she was no longer lying flat.
She eyed the room noting that it was small and private. The blue walls were kind of tranquil. She picked up the remote that was on the cart next to her bed. Flipping on the television, she tried to forget the dream she had, but it felt too real to ignore. Reaching out, she picked up the Christmas bear that caught her eye; only Kore would have given her something so nice. She pressed it to her chest and felt better.
As she stood between those two doors thinking of life and death. all the reasons she had to live crossed her mind. There were things, useless things like her car collection and jewelry all of which didn’t mean a thing to her anymore.
Friends had crossed her mind, most of whom hadn’t come to see her when she got sick. There were a few, but she lived long enough that she should have more friends. Then there was Kore. He gave her every reason to fight for life, but the thought of him being hurt if Ha’cho killed her made her hesitate.
Then there was the door itself. Which one should she pick? The choice looked so obvious it was a no-brainer and that by itself made her wary. Her gut was screaming that Ha’cho had done a bait and switch with the doors. So, in the end, she went with her gut instead of what her eyes were telling her. She thanked her instincts. Where was Kore?
